Adaiah is currently pursuing a PhD in Education Economics at Stellenbosch University. She obtained a Masters degree in Economic Development from the University of Cape Town in 2016 and also holds an Honours degree in Psychology specialising in Neuropsychology and Research Design. Adaiah has worked in economics as a researcher, a data analyst and a project manager running a household survey. She joined the DPRU as a researcher in January 2016. Adaiah is interested in research around Economic Development especially relating to Education, Poverty, Inequality and the Labour Market.
